The location of Magna Ville is convenient and near many amenities which include Selayang Mall, Selayang Hospital, Giant Hypermarket, Pasar Borong Selayang, SK Taman Prima, and commercial centre that offers banking and services. It is also very close to that UiTM medical campus, with good prospect in rental returns. However, with over a thousand units, Magna Ville's residents can expect high density living and parking problems due to limited parking space. There are also numerous complaints from buyers about low quality finishing and unfulfilled provisions.
