" Axis Residence is one of the most exciting developments appearing in the area of Pandan Indah, an older housing area. This development is 200 meters away from the Pandan Indah LRT, so it is certainly a noteworthy choice for Kuala Lumpur working adults. Axis Residence is built on an oxidation pond which had been relocated. There are some old government flats and terraced houses in the vicinity. Water pressure even at high floors is great. But still suffers from rust and sediment.

Swimming pool at Axis Residence is small, but usable for quick laps and children. Gym is very basic, with two treadmills (one is not working as of Mar ’12), a cycling machine, a multi-gym (only half working), some dumbbells (heaviest is only 10kg), two benches, two mats and two inflatable exercise balls. Definitely only for very casual users. Area outside gym has good view of KL skyline. Besides, the developer will also redevelop the previous public park, which including a surau and community hall since it is just situated adjacent to the Axis Residence. (No sign of this yet as of Mar ’12.)

Parking of Axis Residence is at Levels 3-5, which involves a fair bit of travel and turning from Level 1. Turns to Level 4 & 5 are quite tight. Drivers of bigger cars will need to really fine-tune their steering accuracy. Lowered cars will find it difficult, or even impossible, to get onto the steep ramps. Some parking bays are open to rain from the sides and bad drainage. Visitors have to park in the Axis Atrium "
