" This has been a great house for us. The landlord lives next door and is very fair. The neighbourhood is very friendly and pretty quiet. security guards come round every couple of hours and even ring your bell if you have forgotten to close your gate after walking the dog! Everything works in the house and has been kept very well. There are strong ceiling fans and air conditioning units in every living space. The downstairs bathroom is a kind of small wet room which is great if you are a person with some mobility difficulties. With it being so close to centrepoint (great food court!) and 1 utama, everything you need is on hand. A short drive and you are on the highway to other parts of the city. Much better than Condo living. Best of all - there is already a cleaner who knows the house, so if you can negotiate terms with her, you've already got someone to help you clean your new, huge living space! We are relocating overseas - that's the reason the house will be available from July 21st onwards. If we were staying in Malaysia, we'd be staying in this house, no worries! "
