" Section 21 is an old housing area in the city of Petaling Jaya, neighbouring the other housing developments which are similarly named Section 19 and Section 14. Its immediate neighbour is Taman SEA and Taman Paramount, or better known by the locals as Paramount Garden. The houses here have existed since the British occupation, hence, their completion dates and developers are unknown.

Approximately 20 minutes away in PJ New Town is a hub of banks, while closer to home are many choice eateries. Schools are not a worry at all as there are many primary and secondary schools in the area.
