Straits Quay is a Mediterranean-style sea-front integrated development which is claimed by many to be one of the prominent landmark of Penang. Sited in Tanjung Tokong, this vibrant development neighbors Quayside and The Brezza.

Under the same roof, E&O has put an effort to encourage arts by the setting up of Penang's first performing art centre. This RM7.5 million investment is spearheaded by E&O together with the renowned The Actors Studio. The 22,000 sf centre features 2 theaters – a proscenium theater that sits 304 pax and an experimental theater that seats 150 pax. It also hosts a number of studios for classes and practices.

The residential component of Straits Quay, named The Suites At Waterside @ Straits Quay comprises of only 160 serviced apartments. The built-ups offered ranging from 853 sf up to 1,800 sf, and a unit comes with 1 or 2 bedrooms. The suite is extended with spacious lanai. Its kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and fittings.
