Pearl Villas is a freehold residential development located in Bukit Tambun, Penang. It was completed in Q4 of 2010, and developed by Tambun Indah. It consists wholly of double storey residential units, having terraced houses, semi-detached houses and bungalows.

Terraced houses come with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, whereas the other two layouts would have 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Unit sizes range from 2,324 sf for the terraced houses whereas the bungalows start from 4,111 sf in built-up size. Launch prices for the terraced houses started at RM318,000, however subsale prices have since then dropped to roughly RM185 psf.

Within Pearl Villas, all the units would have balconies with tempered glass railings.
