Logan Mansion is housed in one 23-storey block. Level 2 to 7 would be dedicated to parking spaces. All units come with 2 free spaces and additional spaces could be purchased from the developer for RM35,000 each. Logan Mansion has a really low unit density, as typical floors would only have 4 units. Types B and C are smaller units that would be housed in floors 9 and 10 only, thus, density will only be higher for those 2 particular floors. The entire building would be serviced by two lifts; considering there is only 64 units in the building, this is sufficient.
