Fair View is a bungalow-concept condominium where every unit are separated from each unit to provide a low density condominium in Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru. The nearest hospital is Hospital Desa Permas Jaya and schools nearby include SK Taman Permas Jaya 3 and SMK Permas Jaya 2.

Accessibility is great into Fair View since it is near to the Pasir Gudang Highway, the Tebrau Highway as well as the Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL). It is less than 10 minutes from the causeway, therefore, Fair View is very convenient for those who commute daily to Singapore.
