Ashley Green is an up-market residential development project located in Bukit Gambier, Gelugor. Situated at the southern part of Georgetown, Gelugor is a town being midway between Georgetown and Sungai Dua.

The area of Bukit Gambier has been developed since early 2000. The road Jalan Bukit Gambier is an extension of Yeap Chor Ee Road. To the north is Island Glades while Sungai Nibong Kecil is to the south. In the surrounding borders, there are USM, Taman Pekaka, Bukit Jambul, Sungai Dua and Lip Sin. The Universiti Sains Malaysia situates mainly in Bukit Gambier.

This project mainly comprises of 3-storey semi-detached houses which comes with 5 bedrooms. The land area ranges from 2,982 to 8,471 square feet with a built up area of approximately 2,800 square feet. The ground floor is 24' x 50', the first floor is 24' x 50' and the third floor is 24' x 17'. The launch price is between RM1.398 mil to RM1.888 mil.

Apart from driving on our own, one can make use of the public transportation system. The Rapid Penang Bus 301 and 302 do make their stops along Jalan Bukit Gambier. Not many facilities are provided in Ashley Green apart from playgrounds. However, Bukit Gambier Waterfall and Nan Tien Gong Temple are in the vicinity for sightseeing.

For shopping, there are choices of Pan Palace Plaza and Bukit Jambul Complex nearby. The nearest schools include Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Gelugor, Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Gambier and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Gambier.
