Background Info :

Inspired by the form and shape of “high-tech electronic circuit” and ” mountain cliffs”; the design of the 35-storey condo towers, and 35-storey commercial office / college was intended to create a welcoming living+studying+business environment for residents and their guests by creating green habitats within the development.

Design Objective:

The Iconic walls facade which is facing west is designed for reducing heat gain and break the monotony of the volume; while allowing natural air and light to pass through the building.
