Vantage Bay @ Iskandar is a massive RM5.5 billion integrated project in the heart of Iskandar, by Singapore Billionaire Peter Lim‘s company, Rowsley. It’s launching soon, likely to be in mid of April, 2014. Vantage Bay is located in JB (Johor Bahru), which is also designated as zone A of Iskandar. Skies@Vantage Bay is the residential condominium.

Vantage Bay spans 9.23ha, which is as huge as 13 international-sized football fields, covering concepts like Medical hub, Shopping Mall, Offices, Residential Condo, Convention Centres, Service Apartment into one project. It’s set to become the most important and iconic development in Zone A of Iskandar.
